Hi, our album release is delayed once more, but this time its final! It will be released on the 28th-August 06. This way it will tie in with our live dates, and promotion. It means we can promote it over the summer at gigs like the wickerman festival where we will have it for sale before its offical distribution 'into the shops' date. It means we will also have a video to support it which we havent had until now. cheers, SB

I love the album! I'm so happy i bought it. Salon Boris is a unique form of Electropop that no other electro artist can immitate.
I am curious tho, why did you guys leave off Freakshow the single edition, Tokyo Techno Girls and Everbody's talking about retro? Sure the remixes are nice, but i really think they should have been on the disc itself too! The songs that replaced them are great tho, i especially love Dreams. I wish i hadn't forgotten the Being Boild gig last week.. But i will keep an eye on it, definitely wanna see you guys again live some day!

Got home last night to my nice shiny signed copy of I am the Drug. I've just listened to it in the car on my way to work and I can't stop grinning. ;D Well done, a brilliant achievement. Perfect electropop. Can't help feeling sorry for Bobik though! How about releasing (say in 6 months time) an 'I am the Drug Companion' cd with Tokyo Techno Girls, Freakshow, Retro etc on it?

I am a reviewer for www.inthemix.com.au in Australia and I am a friend of Martin's from High School. Is the album due for International release? If not, any chance of an online copy or just sending me one?

Hey Tom Thanks for the feedback Hope all was amicable between yourselves and Marty. I know us thingyney (London) types can be a pain in the rear end Good luck with the album release and if it gets released in Oz, I''ll pick it up as a reviwer and give it some positive feedback. I've already listened to a couple of tracks and I liked what I heard. Cheers, Rich Oh, if you get a chance, or if you like good dance music websites, check out www.inthemix.com.auI'm the resident dodgy pommie geezah, also known as Lambretta there and I do reviews mainly on progressive, but I also enjoy tech/electro/house kind of stuff. I also post alot in the forms (almost 11,000 posts in 5 years) My employers would be impressed... cough

Cant say thingyney??
Bet I cant say Sthingyhorpe either??
ITM has the same filters.
Innocent words that end up being something else.
The C word used to come up as Poodles, which was a never ending source of hilarity. Especially when someone posted a picture of their poodle. ahem.

Hoping to get along to the launch party on Thursday night. I've got the other half interested too even though she normally listens to a right old pile of nutse. I'll be wearing my SB badge. Any plans for any further items of attire?

Tom; as me and computers are nightmares i think i sent u a msg on my space-if i have its a minor miracle-the problem will be trying a) to find it or b) trying to answer it; i just want to know if i can still send a tenner to the Busby address for a signed copy of the new cd; thanks; you have my email address which will probably be easier to reply to or get your answer there; i dont think my application for a job on the mixing desk with salon boris for their next great tune would be successful-but it would be fun; keep the music going! davie (paisley)
